It’s about 8 inches long and 5 inches wide, with a zipper that has a broken pull tab (I replaced it with a tiny silver keyring). Inside, there’s a Canon EOS M50 mirrorless camera (serial number: 051021004327), a 15-45mm lens attached, an extra battery, a 64GB SD card with photos from my recent trip to Yosemite, and a folded receipt from the camera shop where I bought it last month (dated September 5, 2024, from B&H Photo).

I believe I left it at the security checkpoint in Terminal 3 around 2:30 PM today (October 15th). I had to take it out of my backpack to go through the X-ray machine, and I think I forgot to pick it up from the conveyor belt after my bag was scanned. I was rushing to catch my Delta flight DL 456 to Atlanta (scheduled departure at 3:15 PM) and didn’t realize it was missing until I got to Gate 35B 10 minutes later.

I immediately went back to the security checkpoint, but the staff there said no one had turned in a camera case. I also filled out a lost and found form at the Terminal 3 information desk, but they couldn’t give me any updates right away.
